4. Service engagements

Commencement

A service engagement begins when both parties have agreed on the scope, timeline, and fee in writing, and when the agreed fee or deposit has been received by Nyverra.

Client responsibilities

To allow us to work effectively, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions at the agreed times or notify us promptly if rescheduling is needed
• Provide accurate information about your business when asked
• Review and respond to materials within a reasonable time

Deliverables

Deliverables described for each service (such as one-page snapshots, action plans, decision logs, and goal-tracking templates) are provided as advisory documents for your own consideration. Their usefulness depends in part on the quality and completeness of information you share with us.

5. Fees and payment

Service fees are as listed on our website at the time of engagement. Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are agreed at the start of each engagement. We reserve the right to pause or conclude an engagement if agreed payment milestones are not met. Fees paid for completed portions of a service are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate a new time.

If you wish to cancel an engagement before it is completed, please contact us in writing. We will agree a fair resolution based on the work completed to that point. Sessions that are missed without prior notice may be counted as completed for billing purposes.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all business information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except where required by Malaysian law or with your express consent. We ask that you similarly treat any frameworks, templates, or advisory approaches we share with you as confidential to your own use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, and templates — is the intellectual property of Nyverra unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Deliverables prepared specifically for your engagement (such as your written action plan or decision log) are provided for your own use. We retain the right to use anonymised frameworks and methodologies developed during engagements for our own business purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

Nyverra's advisory services are provided in good faith and on a best-efforts basis. We do not make any promises about the commercial outcomes of any plan, decision, or course of action that arises from our work together.

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Nyverra's total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Website accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties about its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.
